This week we had a guest speaker who works with Stem Cell Research through CIRM-California Institute for Regenerative Medicine!
This week, we are excited to partner with a group from CIRM (California Institute for Regenerative Medicine). One of the CIRM Interns working with CSUSM will be partnered with our STEM Ambassador to help bring this weekβs stem cell focused activity to the middle schoolers. CIRM Interns spend their days working full time in one of San Diegoβs stem cell labs and part of their program experience is performing outreach into the K-12 schools. This will be their 2nd year partnering with us.
