Athena is a immortal goddess. She is he goddess of reason, intelligent activity, arts, and literature. Athena has a roman name it is Minerva, she has no mother, no father, and no children, or spouse. Athena invented the bridle, which made man tame horses, and also invented he flute, pot, rake, plow, yoke, ship, and the chariot. Athena was Zeus's favorite child, and was able to use his weapons, and thunderbolts. Athena was the first to teach the science of numbers, all ancient women's arts, cooking, weaving, and spinning. Athena was born from Zeus's head full grown and in full armor. Athena was fierce and brave in battle, but she only did wars that defended the city. Athena's holy tree was the olive tree. Athena is symbolized as a owl. Athena never got married, and never had children. Athena protected the heroes as they went out to battle and when they came back.I chose Athena, because she is is kind and helps some people, and I help people sometimes and I sometimes let people borrow, and keep somethings.
