If you would like to promote an event from your club or organization, please submit your request to Sarah Habtemariam at shabtemariam@uca.edu by Thursday, to go out in the following week's newsletter.

IMMPORTANT IMMIGRATION REMINDERS

  • If you are planning to or have changed your immigration status please let our office know. This will help ensure your information is correct in UCA and immigration databases.
  • VISAS - you do not have to renew your visa unless you are traveling outside the U.S. AND your visa has or will expire before you return. Having an expired visa does not prevent you from working, getting a Social Security card or driver's license. F-1 students must have a valid I-20 at all times to maintain their legal immigration status.
  • F-1 STUDENTS - check the program end date located on page 1 of your I-20. If it ends in May 2023 but you need more time to finish your degree, please email Pam or Sarah
