SGTG December Newsletter

Wishing you the blessings of His peace this Christmas!

Advent is a time for preparation as we get ready for the birth of Jesus. It is also a time of reflection and prayer. As you get ready for Christmas, remember to not lose sight of the real reason for the season.

Advent wreaths are circular representing God's infinite love and are usually made of evergreen leaves which "represent the hope of eternal life brought by Jesus Christ." The four Sundays before Christmas are recognized by the four virtues. The candles on the Advent wreath symbolize hope, love, joy, and peace. The candles are lit in that order.

Grade 7-9 Online Learning.

As per the new guidelines outlined by Premier Kenney, SGTG students in grades 7-9 have begun online learning. Please review the schedule that was sent out by your child's teacher and connect with them if there are any questions or concerns. Setting up a suitable workspace and a routine will help your child be successful. Thank you for your continued support during these unprecedented times. We are here to support your child!

Thank you for all your support for Movember. We raised over $350 for men's mental and physical health.
