THE TRINITY LUTHERAN SCHOOL STAFF WISH YOU ALL A VERY MERRY & BLESSED CHRISTMAS!
Trinity's Christmas break starts this Friday with dismissal at Noon in which your child(ren) will need to be picked up. Morning and afternoon busing is available, however, there is NO afternoon EHP. We will be off through Tuesday, January 2. School will resume on Wednesday, January 3.
- The Voters reassigned Mrs. Eggert to First Grade.
- The Voters extended Mrs. Schultz the call to teach Kindergarten. She is currently deliberating the call.
- The Voters asked the assignment committee to reassign Mrs. Krueger to Trinity for the second year of her two year assignment.
- The Voters extended to Mr. Gut the permanent call to be principal at Trinity. He has accepted that call.
We have a plan in place for 3K if Mrs. Schultz would be led to accept the call. We are truly blessed that the Lord has given us quality teachers to fill all our positions.
SPECIAL THANKS TO GRADES 5-8 FROM EVANGELISM COMMISSION
Trinity's Evangelism Commission, joined by Chairman Ted Oertel & Pastor Oelhafen, wishes to thank our TLS students and staff for serving as Christmas angels in delivering Christmas postcards to people they know this past Monday and inviting them to hear more about Jesus at Trinity Lutheran this Christmas.
Students listened to the presentations/Bible study, received packets of 10 Christmas postcards, and personally delivered many Christmas invites. Snacks were also shared with the students. What amazing and enthusiastic Christmas witnesses as many Gospel seeds were planted! Join us in praying these important souls who were invited will come either at Christmas or in the future to learn more of Jesus here. Extra invites are in the church office if you’d like to help this effort. Merry Christmas!
HELP OUR WAUKESHA NEIGHBORS WITH FOOD BARRELS
The Board of Elders have placed large food barrels to collect food on Trinity’s Campus as part of our Good Samaritan effort to benefit our Waukesha Food Pantry. From now until 12/31, please bring your non-perishable, non-expired food items (such as cereal, canned foods, mac & cheese, etc.) to help feed our 1,200 hungry neighbors who come to the Pantry every week. Contact Elder Linus Bell for more info: 262-501-0546. Our Savior has told us: “Love one another” (John 13:34). Thanks for your kind support!
