Cell Smore
Plant cell
Plant cells have photosynthesis witch helps it survive by making it food. The sun is very important to the plant because without sunlight the plant will die.Plant cell are different than animal cells because the cell wall is like a rectangle and a animal cell is oval and circle.
Animal cell
Animal cells do not have photosynthesis they have to hunt for there food. All animals are the prey of other animals the predator eats the prey and the the predator becomes the prey by a bigger and tuffer animal. The cell of the animal cell is like a oval or circle shape.Animals also provide us food.
Cell theory
The cell theory is all the living organisms are composed of cells they may be unicellular or multicelluar. The cell is the basic unit of life.Cells arise from pre-exising cells just like it says at the bottom.
Prokaryotic cells
Prokaryotic cells is a singled-celled organism that lacks a membrane-bound nucleus mitochondria, or any other membrane-bound organelles.
Eukaryotic cells
Eukaryotic cells are any organism whose cells contain a nucleus and other structures organelles, enclosed within membranes.
Cell wall
Rigid layer of polysaccharides lying outside the plasma membrane of the cells of plants, fungi, and bacteria. In the algae and higher plants, it consists mainly of cellulose.
Cell membrane
The cell membrane is a biological membrane that separates the interior of all cells from the outside environment.
Nucleus
The central and most important part of an object, movement, or group, forming the basis for its activity and growth.
mitochondria
The mitochondrion is a membrane bound organelle found in most eukartic cells plants, animals, and fungi. The word mitochondrion comes from the Greek.
Cytoplasm
The cytoplasm comprises cytosol (the gel-like substance enclosed within the cell membrane) – and the organelle– the cells internal sub-structures.
Chloroplasts
Chloroplast specialized subunits, in plant and algal cells. Their main role is to conduct photosynthesis, where the photosynthetic pigment chlorophyll captures the energy from sunlight, and stores it in the energy storage molecules ATP and NADPH while freeing oxygen from water.
Vacuole
A vacuole is a membrane-bound organelle which is present in all plant and fungal cells and some protist, animal and bacterial cells.
