MAP Testing

Students will be participating in NWEA MAP (Measure of Academic Progress) testing this week. Please make sure students are getting plenty of rest and eating breakfast and lunch so they are mentally and physically ready to do the best they can do!

Monday 1/25 and Tuesday 1/26 = Math Test

Thursday 1/28 and Friday 1/29 = Language Arts Test

(If you are an extended campus student, you will be contacted early next week for times to come in to complete both tests.)

This teest is a computerized adaptive test which helps teachers improve learning for all students and make informed decisions to promote student's academic growth.

In addition to NWEA MAP, some students will participate in the FastBridge reading and/or math screening assessments. Results from these assessments help determine appropriate course placements for next year. From this data, you will be informed in the spring of any course recommendations for your child.

Drop off and pick up reminders.

As we have moved back to Green Mode (100%) please make sure you are following the drop off and pick up guidelines. Please drive slow and watch for pedestrians!

Before School - This is a reminder that students will remain outside the PAC entrance until 7:30. To help with de-densifying, students should be dropped off between as close to 7:50 as possible. We will serve breakfast from 7:30-7:55.

Don't forget you can drop your student off on Arbor Street and they can walk down to the doors. This will help with the congestion in the parking lot in the mornings.

After School - All Students need to be picked up and off school property by 3:30 unless they are working with a teacher or involved in an after school activity.
