(KA-2-VET-01) Developing Transversal Skills and Competences for Job Market
<Overall objective(s)> To prepare young individuals enrolled in Vocational and Technical High Schools and to increase their relevance for the job market
1. To supplement mainstream vocation-specific educational program by developing transversal skills and competences, especially “Application of Knowledge (Information and Communication, Digital Skills) “Thinking Skills and Competences” (Critical Thinking, Entrepreneurial Thinking, Problem Solving and Self-Planning) “Attitudes and Values at Work” (Work Ethics and Respect at Workplace)
2. To develop a modular training program on above-mentioned transversal skills and competences
3. To develop toolkit and trainer's manual of the training program
4. To create online learning platform
5. To develop assessment tool to measure the levels of achievement 6. To deliver trainer's training to the potential trainers
7. To deliver training program to the students

Vocational and Technical High School Students and Teachers, VET Centres etc. (To be further determined together with the partners)

1. Increased relevance of vocational education programme for the job market

(KA-2-VET-02) Job Coaching for Individuals with Intellectually Disabled
Objectives of the action
<Overall objective(s)> To increase the quality of vocational training of job coachers targeting individuals with intellectual disabilities
<Specific objective(s)>:
1.To develop a well-rounded and standardized open-source training program with clearly defined learning outcomes based on ECVET tools and methodologies.
2. To ensure the quality of training of job coacher's by developing quality assurance system based on EQAVET tools.
3. To integrate ICT tools in vocational training of job coacher by developing online training modules of the developed curriculum
5. To deliver developed curriculum to target groups (via face-to-face training an online tools)
4. To increase the mobility of job coacher's within EU and programme countries
Target group(s)
X number of training centres providing training for job mentoring programs specialized in mentoring for individuals with disabilities, X number of job coachers, X number of supported employment establishments.
Final beneficiaries
X number of job coachers, X number of training centres, X number of supported employment agencies, X number of private enterprises and X number of individuals with intellectual disabilities.

1) Clearly defined and recognizable learning units and learning outcomes in job coaching in view of current needs and problems

Objectives of the action
<Overall objective(s)> Developing e-learning based education program consisting of several modules comprising a “Teacher Support Program” to facilitate a better and more effective implementation of pre-school curricula.
<Specific objective(s)>:
1. Increasing vocational competence of pre-school teachers
2. Enhancing and cultivating transversal skills of pre-school teachers
3. Creating online tools to facilitate a smoother and effective the implementation of the pre-school curricula.
4. Developing a standardized evaluation and testing framework.
5. Piloting “Teacher Support Program”
6. Publishing and broadcasting the developed tools, methods, and education modules via online e-learning platform

To integrate new digital educational methods in the mainstream education. 3. To enable managerial and educational staff to utilize ICT tools for professional development 4. Establishing a framework for fundamental ICT skills for managerial and educational staff. 5. Developing a recognizable and open-source “Digital Skills for High School Education” curricula targeting both managerial and educational staff using ECVET methodologies 7. Developing an “Assessment and Quality Measurement Tool” for digital competencies 6. Developing Online Learning Modules 6. Delivering out face-to-face trainings to target groups
