MOVING DAY IS July 26th 2017
Time: 8:30am until 2:00pm
PACK LIGHT!- Now is the time to clean sweep! We live in a digital world and have the latest and greatest technology at our fingertips! Each teacher will have an iPad, Computer and Short-Throw Projector in their classroom. Start thinking digitally!
No furniture from home will be permitted in classrooms or offices. Cardboard boxes can be used to carry material in from cars to classrooms, but will not be allowed to be used as storage containers in offices/classrooms.
There will be physical assistance from volunteers/custodial crew from 8:30 – 12:00 to help you move items.
COMPUTERS- Computer technicians will be on campus and will transfer your data from your current school computer to your new laptop. . Those of you that are new to Pasco county and just need a computer, you will also be able to get your computers that day as well. YOU will be responsible for returning your old laptop to your previous school. Principals at your former schools are expecting this technology back immediately for their newly hired staff, and are aware that your data is being transferred on 7/26, so please take your computers back promptly.
Please drop off your computer as soon as you get to CCMHS to ensure the techs have enough time to transfer the data.
Let’s focus on getting digital and reducing our paper footprint on this world!
Amazing incentives and prizes will be awarded each quarter to the top 3 instructional staff members that have used the least amount of copies!

Activities Request- Mr. Light
If a staff member would like to hold an event, meeting, fundraiser, and/or field trip, an activity request must be submitted. The activity request form can be found on the staff Sharepoint. Simply fill out this electronic form and press submit. The request will be sent to Tim Light for approval or denial. If an activity requires specific setup needs, please indicate those needs in the space provided on the form. Also, if your event will occur over multiple dates, indicate the additional dates and times in the space provided. Once Mr. Light receives your request, he’ll review it to determine if the activity meets school requirements and if the dates and times do not conflict with an existing activity, fundraiser, or field trip. Mr. Light will email you a copy of your request with an approval or denial indicated. Approved requests will be put on the school’s Activity Calendar by Mr. Light.
If an activity request is made for a field trip or fundraiser, and Mr. Light approves this request, he will instruct you in his approval email to see Mrs. McKinney for a field trip packet or fundraiser packet. Field trip packets and fundraiser packets must be completed with Mrs. McKinney before these types of events can occur. Failure to do so will result in the denial of the fundraiser or field trip.
All Activity Requests will be considered starting July 10th 2017.
