Secondary Transition Highlights DB
It's never too early to plan for the future.
Helping our youth be ready for their future...starts from the first day of school. There are several events, webinars, and publications that are available as you plan for the coming year and years beyond. Hopefully, no matter how old your child is, you will find something of interest and as a support for their move onto whatever is next! Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. If you haven't already registered to receive future updates or information from the Family Resource Group, directly to your email address, please sign up on the Family Resource Group mailing list.
Sincerely,
Erin Campion
