Sacagawea American Holiday
Introduction
Sacagawea was a Shoshone Indian girl who was stolen from her home at the young age of twelve. She was married and later chosen to be brought along on the Lewis and Clark expedition, where she translated for the Shoshone Indians they met on the way and helped save important documents taken on the journey.
