Sky Hawk Families:

There will be no school on January 18th (Martin Luther King Jr. Day). Tuesday, January 19th, will be an A Day (Class Periods 1-4). Also, please remember that students are expected to complete assignments on virtual Fridays. If your student has questions about the assignments, please have them message their teacher directly.


  • Students listed as "virtual" should log in to class every period, every day to be counted present.
  • If your student is in-person and they are absent they will be counted absent (even if they log in virtually).

  • Please notify the school 447-8500 or email our Nurse if your child has been placed on quarantine or isolation. We need BOTH in-person AND virtual students to report this information.

  • If you are using a school issued device and need insurance, you can purchase here
  • Applications for students who receive the National Junior Honor Society eligibility letter are available in the office or in Room 118. Applications in PDF version can be requested by emailing Applications are due Tuesday, January 26, 2021, and can be turned in to the office, in Room 118, or by email. Only students who receive the eligibility letter are able to apply for membership.
  • If you placed an order for the additional yearbooks (2019-20), you may pick them up in the front office.

  • School pictures/proofs are also in the front office.

Does your student need a change in status?

If your student is switching from virtual to in-person or vice versa when we return from Winter Break, please complete this form as soon as possible. January 15th is the last day to make the change.

When in doubt, stay at home...

If your child is not feeling well, please do not send them to school. Call the attendance line and let us know of the situation, then have your student log on to their teams meeting.

If your student is sent home with any of the following symptoms, they will be required to stay out 48 hours symptom free without the use of medication:

fever 100.4 or higher

cough chills/ body aches

sore throat


loss of taste/smell


stomach pain / nausea

nasal congestion/drainage

Please notify your physician if symptoms worsen, you are concerned about Covid-19, OR if your child has been exposed to someone who has tested positive. If your child has a Covid test, tests positive, or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive, please notify Nurse Kami at 447-8505 or This applies to in-person and virtual students.
