DLT Update
Meeting: 10/17/17
Major Takeaways from Yesterday's Meeting
Using district-level data from the BLT Surveys, we made revisions to our DLT Plan (in the "Fidelity" and "Continuum" sections). Notes:
- Please review the Revised Plan and let me know if I misrepresented anything!
- Yellow boxes are revised
- I made additional tabs for "Accomplished Actions" and "Removed Actions"
- I also created a "condensed" version of CURRENT (2017-2018) initiatives from the DLT Plan
MAX TEACHING
- Using data from the pre-inservice survey, we decided between now and our December 20 vertical meetings to continue focusing on having teachers enact at least one strategy of teacher's choosing at least 2 times a week.
Part of our 12/20 meetings will focus on MAX conversations, including...
- Communicating strategies vertically within contents -- who is using what? Why are they using them in a given content? How effective was it / Which ones are most successful in a particular content? How are other grades scaffolding / differentiating?

Revising DLT Plan
Focus on data...what does the BLT Survey say we need to revise? Are there actions taken at one building that may be beneficial to all and need set in DLT Plan?
Reminder...if you “Make a Copy”, put it in your own personal Drive folder so it isn’t shared with the DLT. Causes some confusion over which is the official document
