Archery Tryouts are November 2nd - 4th.

Participants must have already completed a registration form and waiver.

Tryouts will last all three days.

Team members will be announced November 5th by email and November 8th on Husky TV.

Dear Parents:

We know how important your children are to you and how much you want to keep them healthy.

Knowing this, Carolina Springs Elementary School partnered with the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control to make flu vaccinations available to your child on Monday, November 8, 2021.

There will be no cost to you or your child for this flu shot. If applicable, payment from your insurer or Medicaid may be made to DHEC on your behalf. You will note that the form asks for that information.

If you have not already had your child vaccinated this year and are interested in getting your child vaccinated at school:

1. Go to http://www.scdhec.gov/slvcconsent using your smart telephone, computer, or tablet and enter 13201062 as your validation code.

2. Complete the online parent consent form and submit it to DHEC.

If your child is under the age of 9, he/she may need to get a second flu shot in order to receive the best protection. DHEC will notify you if your child will need a second flu shot.

If you decide not to participate in our vaccination clinic, we encourage you to contact your child’s healthcare provider or health department to get the flu shot for your child.

If, after you submit the online Parent Consent Form, there are any changes in your child’s health or you decide you no longer want your child to receive the flu shot at school, please contact the DHEC

Regional Immunization Office at 803-602-2073 before the scheduled vaccination clinic.
