How do hurricanes and Tornadoes form?
Hurricanes
Winds begin blowing at very high speeds. They push giant waves onto the land. Huge amounts of rain fall. Hurricanes are the largest and most powerful storms on earth. They may cause flooding and tornadoes. Hurricanes can pick up large items like cars and boats. They can tear apart houses and rip trees out of the ground. People may be hurt or killed in a hurricane.
Tornadoes
