Every Sunday from 3-4pm kids ages 4-12 come together for a yoga practice filled with movement, music, games, breath work, gentle meditation, art and connection with their friends. The perfect way to wind down from a busy week. Our kids leave refreshed so they can start the new school week with more clarity, focus and enthusiasm.
Previous Experience Not Required
Just drink plenty of water, dress in comfortable clothes and be ready for an adventure! Our classes move around different dynamic themes each week designed to connect kids with the eight limbs of yoga in a fun, playful and interactive way. Kids walk away with a new sense of balance, their own customized home practice and specific tools to help regulate their thoughts, feelings and reactions.

As the mother of 2 young children herself, Jen knows firsthand the impact of a regular kids yoga practice on performance in school, behavior at home and overall happiness & well-being. Jen recognizes that no two students are alike so each class is designed to meet a variety of needs and abilities. She inspires a respectful and collaborative community for the kids to laugh, learn and grow.
