Free Hearing Screens

Hearing screens at Gan Gabi and Rivki ELC
Parents of children between 4 and 8 years old are invited to take part in this research project.
This project will involve completing a questionnaire in which you rate your child’s performance in particular daily listening situations. The questionnaire has three parts spread out over three weeks. Each part of the questionnaire should take 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
This project will also involve a hearing screen for your child mid way through the study.
Benefits:
The study will help us understand how children with normal hearing perform compared with children with a hearing loss. This means we can better help children with a hearing impairment.
Free hearing screen and information regarding your child’s listening abilities. This will help you to understand how your child may be functioning in different listening situations in daily life and in the preparation for primary school and listening in the classroom.
