Mark Twain was born on November 30th, 1835, in Florida, Missouri. Mark Twain is the sixth of the seven kids in his family. When Mark was four his family moved to Hannibal, Missouri. Mark liked to do a lot of journalism as a kid. Mark died on April 21st, 1910 at the age of 74.Struggles
When Mark was young his family didn't have a lot of money especially when his father died. When Mark was twelve he had to have a lot of weird jobs to help his family. His son died as an infant. His daughter died of spinal meningitis. His wife died in 1904. His second daughter, Jean died in 1909.

Mark Twain is most remembered for his books The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn and The Adventures of Tom Sawyer.
Interesting Facts
His first best selling book is , Innocents Abroad. He pulled lots of pranks as a kid. In 1863 he started signing his name as Mark Twain and did that as his pen name for the rest of his life.
