Our staff will stay at the Embassy Suites Oklahoma City North West located at 3233 NW Expressway, Oklahoma City, OK 73112. We have chosen this hotel due to its convenient location and excellent amenities.

However, we want to emphasize that as parents or guardians of participants, you have complete flexibility in choosing where you would like to stay. We understand that some families may prefer alternative accommodations. Please feel free to explore other nearby hotels or any accommodations that suit your own preferences and budget.

(The event will be located at Star Ranch, which is now the Denton ISD Ag Facility. Most activities will take place under the cover of the arena with plenty of parking on site.)

Please be sure to report your absences on the Absence form prior to your absence. When we know who will not be in attendance, it helps us adjust our lesson plans accordingly. For example, we may choose to wait to teach critical choreography on a week when several dancers have reported absences.
