Mountain Range Football
WELCOME TO THE MUSTANG FOOTBALL PROGRAM! My name is Todd Riccio and I am the head football coach here at Mountain Range High School. Please see the attached calendar for all of our off-season and in-season events, activities, etc. This is a fluid document so please check it often. Also, please sign up for HUDL which is how we communicate with our student athletes as well. Biggest thing to do is to join us for our summer strength and conditioning every Monday - Thursday (see information above about it) and come to our Monday night football sessions.
Questions please reach out to Coach Riccio at email@example.com or at 720-972-6335. Since it is summer I will be checking email and my messages periodically throughout the summer.

Mountain Range Cross Country - Boys & Girls (co-ed)
The Mountain Range Cross Country team welcomes our incoming 9th graders and invites you to join us as we begin our summer running program on July 12th.
The program will be held Monday thru Thursday from 8:00a.m. to 9:30a.m. We meet for warm-ups at the Mountain Range HS track (adjacent to Huron Street).
Each athlete will be required to fill out an information form and submit $50 to attend. All athletes that participate will receive a summer running shirt (designed by one of our athletes).
If you are interested in running cross country, it is in your best interest to attend the summer running program. The purpose of the program is to increase your fitness level so that when our season starts you are ready to run a 5k race. Our first cross country meet will be within two weeks of the start of the season. ALL members of the cross country team compete each week at a cross country meet as long as you attend practice and maintain your academic responsibilities. Come join our cross country team, see what you can do for your physical and mental health.
