End of Year Family Picnics May 20

It is time to celebrate all that you have accomplished this year!! We hope that you and your family can join us for our End of Year Family Picnics! Pack a lunch, bring your lawn chair or blanket and get ready for some fun with your fellow TNVA families. No need to sign-up! Just pick the closest location, bring your favorite lawn games and meet-up at 11am!

Please print the Permission Slip and the Photo Release, complete them, and bring them to the outing.

Important: Guardian MUST stay with student at all times. Students may NOT be dropped off at beginning of outing and picked up at the end. TNVA is not responsible for the supervision of your child.

2016-2017 School Year

As a reminder, please let us know your plans for the upcoming school year. Whether you are returning next year, are still considering your options, or have decided on another choice, we ask that you log into your account and let us know. Simply log in to the online school, click on “My Info” and look for the “Register Now” icon and then click GO. Follow the simple instructions under the registration tab.

For current 8th grade students, please complete the followings steps so that we can guarantee accurate records. If your student has been approved by their Homeroom Teacher to work into the summer they will be able to complete the coursework up until June 17, 2016.

The process is easy and fast:

· Log into the OLS:

· Click on “My Info”

· Look for the “Register Now” icon and click go!

You can select from the following two options:

· Registering: Yes, my 8th grade student will work on course work in the month of June. The homeroom teacher has approved my student for working in June.

· Not Registering: No, my student has completed all course work for 8th grade.
