BATH PTA NEWSLETTER
OCTOBER / NOVEMBER 2022
HALLOWEEN PARTY & PARADE
BES does the Halloween Party + Parade on actual Halloween - So plan for OCTOBER 31.
- The Parade will start at 2.
- Weather permitting: Parents are welcome to come and watch the parade from outside the building - On a nice day we will plan to have the scary, sweet, and maybe even sporty students parade themselves outside for all to see.
- If Mother Nature doesn't get the memo & we have a rainy day then we will live stream the parade for all to view.
- Two (2) room parents per classroom will be permitted. (must check in office, your name will be on a list). They will be able to enter building at 1:45 to start assisting with costumes and setting up for the parties.
- Your room parents will be emailing out a sign up for you to contribute to your students classroom parties. This is a great option to help out + make the day special for your kid and their class.
THANK YOU for ALL the support!
MAGAZINE SALE
- We ran our largest fundraiser at the end of September and boy did our student show up for that! Those funds go directly to our students, our staff and our school!
- The 236 kids who participated with the 12 emails will enjoy Kona Truck on Oct 20.
- The 89 kids who sold 10+ items will head out to Fun + Stuff on Oct 27. (more info will be sent home on these events).
- People who ordered pies and cheesecake - they are set to be delivered on the week of Nov 14. You will receive an email with specifics from our Magazine Sale Committee.
PTA MEMBERSHIP
- We have had an outpouring of support by our parents and staff this year - over 190 members this year. Thank you to all that joined our Bath PTA.
