An African kingdom

The Ghana kingdom waged war on non Muslims. If they did not kill them, they would make them convert to Muslim.

The people of Ghana were the first to create iron tools. They also used gold as a currency.

Some examples of their food are rice, soup with fufu, boiled yam with rice bread, Garitoto (eggs and onions), dried shrimp, tomatoes, agusti, jollot rice, redred, kenrey, fish, and snito.

The ancient Ghana people lived in village houses that were made of sun dried mud, acacia wood, and/or stone. There was a hot climate so the houses were made to hold storage and for sleeping only at night. All daily activities were done outside because of this.
