ARIAS BUTTER
This is a picture of my favourite type of butter.
I don't really like eating it without something else, but I can't eat my toasts without it!!
You can eat it with jam, backed potatoes... and you can also use it for your biscuits, cakes, buns...

- Dairy ferment
- Salt
- 83% of fat
IS THIS HEALTHY?
It is healthy as long as you don't abuse of it.
It has a lot of vitamins like: A, D and B12. But it also has too much unhealthy fat: saturated fats, carbohydrates, sugars...
As you can see, there are two types and the main difference between them are the calories.

This aliment gives a lot of flavour and texture to your plates, but you should eat it with moderation. You can replace it with olive oil for a healthier diet.
