Upcoming Dates to Remember:

Principals Update:
Hello Vista Academy Families,
This Wednesday is a minimum day for staff development. Students will be dismissed at 1:06pm.
Now entering our fourth week of the 21-22 school year, the students are happy and loving being back on campus. They are getting in the routines of staying with their cohorts, wearing masks indoors and learning to navigate the speciality classes. We are so excited to add Visual Art this coming week to our specialty schedule. Please work with your child at home and encourage full participation and best effort not just in their regular classrooms but also in the arts classes.
We also will be having our first Foundation Meeting this coming Tuesday evening from 5:30 - 7:00 via zoom. We still have a few open positions for this school year. If you would like to get involved and want to join the meeting, please reach out to Principal Walker at benjiewalker@vistausd.org , and she will share the ZOOM link for the meeting.
Reminder - Water Bottles & Face Masks:
Please remember to send your students with a water bottle and a clean mask everyday. We have filling stations throughout campus and want to ensure everyone stays safe and hydrated during warmer weather. If you would like to donate a case of water to your class or the front office we would greatly appreciate it.
