- Jack and Grill is a family friendly restaurant who serves a large assortment of foods for whatever you are craving. Jack and Grill serves burgers, flatbreads, fries, wings, pizza, sides, desserts, etc.
- You believe in selling great food to customers while keeping the price manageable and the atmosphere fun and light.
- Jack and Grill ultimately wants to be able to make themselves more popular and expand while keeping their integrity and keeping good experiences for the customers.
- You have a Facebook but most advertising is word to mouth, but they have had a lot of success. They can intensify their popularity by advertising more online and in the public.
- Your current target market are mostly families and hungry sports fans looking for somewhere to watch certain games.
- The best selling products in your business are the wings and burgers which are mainly for hungry men who want to watch sports games.
Our Goal
The goal of this campaign is to get Jack and Grill more customers and more known. We will listen to how Jack and Grill wants us to exploit us to help them become more popular and expand.
Competition
- Some direct competitors include Hooters, Twin Peaks, and Buffalo Wild Wings. They are direct because they serve the same target audience and have similar food assortments and atmosphere.
- Indirect competitors would be McDonalds, Burger King, and Wendy's. The reason these are indirect competitors is that they are two totally different establishments, based on food and atmosphere, but at the end of the day they are both restaurants.
Target Market
- Your primary target market based on research would be people who drink and sports fans. This group would range from 21-40 years old and a middle class income of $50,000 to around $75,000. This would apply to both females and males but it is mostly males.
- The secondary target market for your business would most likely be families with a middle class income, both males and females. These said families may enjoy sports and want a good meal.
Implementation/Promotion Plan
For your business we decided to try out online advertising, print ads, and a radio ad. They will all be played/shown during the day and the evening. They will be used in the Roanoke area and its surroundings; the print ads will be on billboards and flyers, and the online ads will be search engine and social media mainly.
