#CelebrateLadd #Ladd50 - 50 years of Excellence

Joyful June...Our Final Newsletter

Dear Astro Families,

We had an amazing year, celebrating our 50 years of excellence! What a delightful time it has been filled with engaged learning, empowered students and phenomenal partnerships with all of you. This is truly a magical place filled with dreaming, reaching and believing that together we can make a difference. I am going to miss this.

I cannot believe that after six years, this is my last newsletter. It has been an absolute pleasure and blessing to have served our community. Your students are the heart of our school and will continue to do great things in our world. Our future is so bright knowing our Astros will be leading the way.

It is with a grateful heart that I thank you all for challenging me, teaching me, helping me and partnering with me. Your imprint on my life as a leader will never be forgotten.

Shine on Astros! Dream big....Reach for the Stars and Together you WILL Achieve success!

With love and hope,

Francesca Sinapi

Ladd Acres CLOSED this summer!

We just received notice that our school will be closed from June 19th - August 16th. At that time, construction will take place to replace our water pipes. The HSD BOND that was passed in Nov 2018 provided funding for this needed water piping upgrade. Communication will come from district office in regards to any early openings (or delays) in the project. This is going to be great for our Astros.

Attendance - Planning for the New Year

Because attendance is such an important part of your student’s success in school, we ask that you take careful consideration when scheduling any events or appointments throughout the school year. Please see the links below for the 2019-20 district calendar.

The district attendance goal is 95% or better. Please know that all vacations are unexcused absences, even if parents have informed teachers and office staff of the event. Let’s work together to create a positive year!
