Anti-Slavery

"Today's fight for tomorrow's freedom!"
Slavery started in Jamestown, Virginia, in 1619. All humans were born free and equal in dignity and rights. No human being should be held in slavery or enslavement; and slavery and slave trade should be forbid in any and all types of forms. Many African people were taken from their families, their communities and most importantly, their freedom. They all were beaten and broken like wild animals. Women and girls were consistently raped and abused mentally, emotionally, and physically. This whole continent was ruin and still suffers to this day! Slaves had no right to defend themselves no matter what was done and how wrong it was. From what I read and heard about slavery, I think slavery should be a thing of the past.

Break the silence! Break the chains! Help stop slavery!
