Spring Class Picture Day
On Wednesday, March 22nd we will be holding our Spring Class Group Picture and New Student Picture Day. Order forms will go home with your student on March 9th. We will NOT be taking individual pictures for the whole school (only new students or students who were not at school on the Fall Picture Day).
Please reach out to Hayley Brown if you have any questions at (303) 387-6179.
UPDATE - 6th Grade Parents - Individual Continuation Pictures
Previously we scheduled the 6th grade 'Continuation' pictures on Thursday, March 23rd. We have now scheduled the 6th grade 'Continuation' Pictures on Wednesday, March 22nd. This will be the same day as the Spring Group Class Pictures and new student individual pictures. Definitely makes more sense to have them on the same day.
Please try to have your 6th grade student at school on March 22nd. There will not be a retake picture day. These 6th Grade individual 'Continuation' pictures will be available not only to purchase (order forms will go out on March 9th) but the picture will also be included in your child's 'Continuation' certificate (free of charge) given to them during the 'Continuation' ceremony.
Feel free to call Hayley Brown if you have any questions at (303) 387-6179.

MoewArt News - Original Works Due Tomorrow, March 3rd
Dear Coyote Creek parents and families!
It's that time of year to place your annual Original Works order!
Original Works is a creative arts program that scans an original piece of your students artwork and turns it into a personalized gift to give to your family and friends. This is one of our biggest fundraisers for buying supplies for the art room. This week, your student will be bringing home a personalized order form which includes an image of the artwork and all the ordering instructions. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY FRIDAY, MARCH 3RD. This year, all orders will be shipped directly to the school and then I will distribute the products to your child.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to email me at dmontano2@dcsdk12.org
As always, thank you for your support of our art program. Your purchase really goes a long way in buying quality supplies for our students.
You can contact me at dmontano2@dcsdk12.org with any questions

Join CCE PTO and King Soopers Contest
Did you know that CCE earned $8k through the King Soopers Community Rewards program last year?! Even more amazing is that this huge total was generated by only having 150 families signed up and identifiying CCE as the nonprofit organization that receives the benefits when they shop! Imagine how much we could raise if we had more participation? To accomplish that goal we're introducing a King Soopers Contest!
A few times during the school year the PTO will have a drawing for a $25 King Soopers gift card. To be eligible to win all you have to do is link your King Soopers account to Coyote Creek PTO and email a screen shot showing your enrollment!
Here's how to do it:
- Go to the app, click on the three lines icon on the upper right corner
- ***New users will need to create a King Soopers account which requires basic
- information, a valid email address and a rewards card.***
- 2. Click on "Rewards"
- 3. Then "Community Rewards"
- 4. Under “Link your Card to an organization” click on the link labeled “here” to search
- for Coyote Creek PTO either by name or WX862
- 5. Click Enroll
To be entered into the raffle:
Take a screenshot of your enrollment and email it to PTO Treasurer Amy Haines and you are in the drawing for the $25 King Soopers giftcard!
Are you already enrolled?
Thank you! Take a screenshot of your enrollment (under "Rewards" and "Community Rewards" and email it to Amy Haines and you are ALSO entered in the drawing for the $25 King Soopers giftcard!
Rules:
Drawings will be held 4 times this school year. The next chance to win is February 28th at midnight MST. Winner will be chosen via random number generator. If you win at any point during the year, you cannot win again. If you don't win, you don't need to reenter the drawing, your name will stay in the pool all year.
Bonus idea: Enter your other family members, coworkers, neighbors, dog walkers, etc. and send a screenshot from them for more entries to win! Staff is welcome to enter as well. Good luck and thank you!
