John Hancock Charter School believes that children deserve to have their hearts, minds, and souls inspired through the enlightenment of education in a safe, beautiful, and nurturing learning environment.
In partnership with parents and the community it is the mission of John Hancock Charter School, to provide a continuously challenging curriculum in a safe and nurturing learning environment. Our primary goal is to instill the love of learning and to prepare students to become responsible citizens and productive members of the community.
We provide students a challenging curriculum in the cultural and fine arts, social sciences, and natural sciences. We seek to instill a love of learning in all students and prepare them for a lifetime of achievement and enjoyment

Sack Lunches
- Microwave meals should take less than 3 minutes to cook
- Hot water is available for noodles/soups etc.
- Send a water bottle or drink with their lunch.
- The school tries to supply paper plates, forks/spoons, and napkins, but we gladly accept donations.
- Students have 15 minutes to eat. Please explain to your child they need to eat during that time.
