East Point Spartans
Campus Updates January 11-15
Dear Spartan Families
We are now a week into the second semester, and very soon we will be transitioning into face-to-face learning with our students. We continue to thank you for your help and dedication to our students. As we continue with instruction your children will be meeting with their teachers to review their data and reflect on their areas of strength and area of growth. Please have conversations with your children about their data.
Continue to "Ride The Wave."
We thank you and appreciate all that you do.
God bless all of you and your families.
- Students who opted for face-to-face instruction are projected to return on January 25, 2021, 7:30-2:45 (Procedures will be shared by your child's classroom teacher)
- Please call the front office to report student absences.
- Please help us ensure your children are completing all their assignments.

Message From Nurse Papke:
Do you know what "Close Contact" means?
Someone who was within 6 feet of an infected person for a cumulative total of 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period*
This period can start from 2 days before illness onset (or, for asymptomatic patients, 2 days prior to test specimen collection) until the time the patient is isolated.
Even if you feel well now, it is possible that you are also infected. It can take 2-14 days to show symptoms, which is why you need to stay home and separate yourself from others in your home as much as possible.
If you have COVID or may have been exposed to COVID, it is important to know who may have been in close contact with you.
Check the following pdf for high-risk or low-risk close contact.
