Reminder: School Open May 26

Please be reminded that school will be open for a full day on Friday, May 26, to make up the school closing that was held on December 23. It is a B Day/Day 6 on the schedule.

May 10 marked National School Nurses Day! We are so grateful for the attention and care our school nurses provide to every student, every day at every opportunity. They are everyday health heroes in our schools! Thank you, School Nurses!

Spring Concert Schedule

Our schools are so very proud to present the following Spring Concert performances:

May 16 - JPC Grade 7/8 Bands & Jazz Ensemble, 7 p.m.
May 17 - RFIS 5th Grade Band, Chorus & Orchestra, 7 p.m.
May 18 - RFIS 6th Grade Band, Chorus & Orchestra and Guitar Ensemble, 7 p.m.
May 24 - Barley Sheaf, 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.; Copper Hill, 7 p.m.; Robert Hunter, 7 p.m.
May 25 - Desmares, 7 p.m.

The J.P. Case Grade 7/8 Orchestra and Symphony performed on May 9. Please check each school's web site for concert details.

FREF invites you to "Thank a Teacher" through May 31

The Flemington-Raritan Education Foundation invites you to honor a teacher or staff member AND strengthen our schools with a gift to the Flemington-Raritan Education Foundation (FREF). With a minimum donation of $5 per honoree, FREF will send a personalized thank you to the teacher. Your contributions will be used toward grants for FRSD schools. Your gift to FREF will convey two important messages: * You value and honor a teacher’s skills and dedication * You wish to strengthen our schools with grants to support FRSD education initiatives.
