KP International Night
Hi everyone,
I can't believe it, but International Night is just around the corner! May 29 - save the date! It feels like just yesterday that Johannah and I were showing you the slideshow of pictures from last year's event.
Anyway, this year, the International Night Committee has planned three morning advisory lessons to get students excited about the event, but more importantly to get them thinking about cultural diversity and the importance of appreciating it within our community.
On Monday, we will be sending you further information about the lessons, but wanted to give you a head's up today. If these times are available, we were hoping to have the lessons taught on Wednesday, April 29, Thursday, April 30 and Friday, May 1, but I am also aware that other things may be happening and we may have to be flexible. Further information to follow.
For now, feel free to start getting excited about International Night! Further details on the lessons to follow!
Thanks,
Marisa (on behalf of the International Night Committee)
