Dear families,
The Last Week of school for 2022-2023!!
We have a few important dates coming up.
- Our Monolingual 5th Grade Graduation Ceremony will be on Wednesday, May 17th, at 5:30 p.m.
- Class parties will be on Thursday, May 18th at 2:30pm. We will be having a popsicle party and need your help. Please send $5 to school for the party costs.
- The last day of school is on Friday, May 19th and it is an early release day. School will end at 12:05pm.
- Yearbooks were handed out yesterday. If you did not purchase a yearbook, but would like one, they can be purchased for $25 cash or check. Make checks out to OPE. There is only a certain amount of extras to be purchased, and once they run out that is it. If you have any questions regarding yearbooks, please contact our school secretary, Ms. Christy at cvanderhoff@leisd.ws.
Weather is starting to warm up. Please refer to the link below for a refresher about our district's dress code policies. We are also having some muddy days outside, please include a change of clothes in child's backpack.
Little Elm ISD is hosting its first FamiLE Movie Night at Lobo Stadium on Thursday, May 18. The event is from 6:00p.m.- 9:00p.m. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and the entire family! This is a FREE movie event. The Athletic Booster Club will be selling movie snacks at their concession stand, so you will want to bring money for that!
Not allowed: Outside food and drinks, coolers, and pets.
Viewers will gather on the field and begin the movie when the sun starts setting!
If you have a dismissal change, please call the office BEFORE 3PM that day. This is the one way we can guarantee the change is communicated to us and your child.
Have a great week.
Sincerely,
The 5th Grade Team
