FWISD Athletics
Highlights and What's Ahead!!
(9.10.21) What's Happening around FWISD Athletics?
In a world of uncertainty, there is a guarantee that we will all find peace and joy in sports. Our volleyball teams start district play tonight!!! This is what the young ladies have been preparing for. Football teams are getting some great wins. Tennis and Cross country runners are competing!! Please check your school's website and the district athletic webpage Athletics / Home Page (fwisd.org) to find your favorite team in action and to purchase all event's tickets!!!! Also, please follow us on Twitter for current updates.
We must always remember that the fun and laughter we experience at sporting events is a privilege we are granted by the men and women who protect us every day. This weekend will be tough for a lot of individuals who tragically lost loved ones 20 years ago. So, when you see a police office, medic or firefighter at your events, thank them!!!!
