Mr. Jose Martín is a partner with the school law firm of RICHARDS LINDSAY & MARTÍN, L.L.P. in Austin, Texas. His practice focuses exclusively on disabilities issues and litigation affecting the schools, including special education consulting and litigation under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Message from Debbie Gauntt-Regarding Section 504 Consortium Meeting
Debbie Gauntt with Coppell ISD heads up this group of 504 Leaders.
- Our last consortium meeting of the year has been cancelled. We will not meet again until next year. Here are the dates for the 2020-21 Consortium Meetings to be held in our usual location and time. (268 Southwestern Blvd, Coppell at 9:00) . Please mark your calendars for these important meeting dates and feel free to share with other 504 leaders in your district. I won't be updating our distribution list for a while so please hold onto your requests until we return to normal operating procedures. I'll depend on your to forward to any appropriate folks for a while.

Pamela Baker, Ph.D., is a Program Coordinator for the Special Populations Support Services and Section 504 for Region 10 Education Service Center in Richardson, TX. She is responsible for coordination and development of services and programs to meet the needs of special populations instructional and support personnel. She has over 32 years of educational experience at the local, regional, state, and federal level.
