SAT-NCR & ACT-NCR
CCMHS will be administering the ACT-NCR (Non-College Reporting) on Tuesday, October 2nd and the SAT-NCR on Wednesday, October 10th. Both tests are open to all students who have not yet satisfied the FSA Algebra 1 EOC or FSA 10th ELA graduation assessment requirements. The cost is FREE to any SENIOR who has not yet meet either (or both) graduation assessment requirements and those Seniors will automatically be registered for both exams. Please see Mrs. Larimore in the Media Center for more information or to register for either exam. The last day to register is Tuesday, September 11th.
Equal Opportunity Survey for all High School Students
As part of our partnership with Equal Opportunity Schools, all High School students will be taking a survey on Monday through their Social Studies or English 3 classes.
The student survey captures the dynamics in terms of the AP program at your school. The findings will guide what changes need to be made to create and/or sustain access and success in AP coursework. Survey responses are also used in various EOS tools and reports to give voice to the individual student through the outreach and recruitment processes.
Sample Questions & Survey Themes
· Current self: What are your favorite subject areas? How challenging are your classes?
· Future self: What is your highest educational goal? Do your parents expect you to graduate from college? What are your future work/career interests?
