Graduation Info Being Updated
Please be patient with us as we continue to pivot with our ever changing requirements for graduation. An announcement was sent out to the Class of 2021 and their families on last Friday. Please make sure you are checking your emails and ParentSquare notices.

Calling all Musicians!If you have been in marching band before and would like to give it another shot next year please fill out this form. Right now, we are planning to have a season that is as normal as possible with football game performances, and hopefully competition performances. If you sign up for marching band you will also have the opportunity to be a part of one of the band classes here at AGHS. Senior Survey - due Now - Changes for transcripts can be made up to June 2nd. All seniors should be completing this ASAP. Failure to fill out form will result in your transcripts not being send to the future school/institution you wish to attend.

Seniors!
It’s a busy time to be a senior!
Make sure to be checking your Class of 2021 Google Classroom for updates on items like Senior Picnic, Senior Celebration Night, Gold Tassel and Pathway deliver/pick-up and Graduation as well as reminders regarding final grades coming due May 28th. If you have any questions, email shannon.hurtado@lmusd.org or andrea.lee@lmusd.org
Graduation Registration Due by May 28, 2021- See the AGHS Webstore
Starting May 17th, seniors can head to the Village of Arroyo Grande to see the Class of 2021 banners. ALL AGHS and Lopez HS seniors names will be listed on banners scattered throughout the village. Also students involved in extra curriculars like athletics, VPAs and clubs/organizations are also honored, too. Enjoy the hunt to find your name seniors!
Scholarship Season is coming to an end. Seniors who have earned a local scholarship should be contacted later this week via school email and US mail. Students who receive a local scholarship will be invited to a special Senior Celebration on the night of Wednesday, June 2nd and will need to register their guests. Details will be explained with the announcements.
Did you miss the Cap & Gown Drive Thru? Cap/Gowns are available for pick up on Fridays ONLY between 8AM - 3:30PM.

Summer School Information
High school summer school is available for students for Credit Recovery. Course content is delivered on a semester system. Students must participate in the session that aligns to the semester they are credit deficient. Health is available for Initial Credit and Credit Recovery. Courses Meet A-G requirements for students in pursuit of university admission.

Job FairThe Boys & Girls Clubs of South San Luis Obispo County is hosting Job Fair on Thursday, May 20 between 4p-7p or Saturday, May 22 from 12p-3p at our Clubhouse in Oceano, 1830 19th Street. We will be following all current Covid-19 safety guidelines. Additional information on the attached flyer. Looking to make an impact through your summer job? Do your friends say you’re a natural leader? Are you over 18 years old? Do you enjoy working with youth? Do you enjoy coaching and mentoring? If you answered yes to any one of these questions, this is the summer to work at the Boys & Girls Clubs of South SLO Summer Camp. Duties include supervising TK-8th grade youth and facilitating enrichment classes - all while being a positive role model. Hours are part-time Monday through Friday between 7a-6p.
