If you have been in marching band before and would like to give it another shot next year please fill out this form. Right now, we are planning to have a season that is as normal as possible with football game performances, and hopefully competition performances. If you sign up for marching band you will also have the opportunity to be a part of one of the band classes here at AGHS. The band is a big family and we would love to have as many people as possible!

Calling ALL ATHLETES for the 21-22 school year!!! If you want to participate in AGHS athletics next year you MUST be cleared to do so - In order to participate in any athletic activity all athletes are required to:

1) Be Registered

2) Have a current Physical. AGHS Athletics is helping you complete both!

• New Registration Information to be released no later than 5/21.

• Athletic Health Screening Night on Tuesday 6/1.

ALL Sports and sports levels will be offered in the 21-22 school year.

Masks Mandate Still in Effect: Although the federal government announced last week if you are fully vaccinated the mask mandate has been lifted, the SLO County Department of Health and the LMUSD Governing Board still has the mandate in effect. This means until further notice from the school district, all students, staff and visitors, even those vaccinated, must wear masks while on school grounds.

“The Theory of Relativity” introduces a compelling array of characters experiencing the joys and heartbreaks, the liaisons and losses, the inevitability and the wonder of human connection. The show features 16 theater students and will run virtually from May 20-30. AGHS Cheer will be holding tryouts from May 24-May 27. All student interested in trying out need to fill out a cheer interest form by May 21st. Once the form is filled out, candidates will be sent an email to the tryout videos. For more information, check out their website: AGHS Cheer and Stunt

The Boys & Girls Clubs of South San Luis Obispo County is hosting Job Fair on Thursday, May 20 between 4p-7p or Saturday, May 22 from 12p-3p at our Clubhouse in Oceano, 1830 19th Street. We will be following all current Covid-19 safety guidelines. Additional information on the attached flyer.

If you answered yes to any one of these questions, this is the summer to work at the Boys & Girls Clubs of South SLO Summer Camp.

Duties include supervising TK-8th grade youth and facilitating enrichment classes - all while being a positive role model.

Hours are part-time Monday through Friday between 7a-6p.

Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour DOE
