THREE CRITICAL QUESTIONS

Last week I answered the second of three critical questions that I believe every organization and business must be able to clearly define and communicate.

The three questions are:

1. Why do we exist?

2. What does success look like for us?

3. What do our actions demonstrate?

This week I want to focus on the third and final question of "What do our actions demonstrate?"

Our actions must demonstrate why we exist and how we succeed. We demonstrate our actions through our FIVE CORE VALUES.

Many of you have heard our of our Five Core Values before; however, I would assume that many have not seen them defined.

1. Christ-Likeness

"We are on a Journey of Faith together. We depend on the transforming power of God."

2. Relationships

"We invest in the lives of others. We share each other's burdens and rejoice in each other's victories. We consider others more important than ourselves."

3. Excellence

"We pay fanatical attention to detail. We exceed the expectations of those whom we serve. We find new ways to improve."

4. Teamwork

"We invite the ideas and opinions of others. We defer to one another's unique abilities and gifts. We have authority that matches our level of responsibility. We rally together toward common goals."

5. Trust

"We do the right thing. We do what we say we will do. We tell each other the truth."

Our Core Values are the heartbeat of who we are as a staff and school. We utilize these values to drive toward our mission statement and the success of our incredible school!

As we grow It is imperative that we remain focused on why we exist, what success looks like for us, and what our actions demonstrate. We want quality students and families at Shiloh that align with our school culture.

The future is bright and exciting for Shiloh! I am beyond thankful for our families and the support you show! This is such a special place.

Lead NWA well this week!
