TKES - April Roster Verification
April Roster Verification
April 11th - 28th
The GaDOE requires that teachers evaluated under Teacher Keys (TKES) complete Roster Verification, the process of verifying students enrolled in the courses they teach. The spring Roster Verification window is now open until April 28th.
Teachers should have reviewed their rosters in eSchool+ as of FTE count day, March 3, 2016. Once rosters are reviewed, they must acknowledge that they have completed Roster Verification in the TLE Platform. In the platform, teachers click on Roster Verification (April). If the enrollment data was correct in e-School, teachers click ‘Accept’ in the system. If the data was incorrect, teachers must add a comment by selecting ‘Edit’> “Incorrect” and provide comments; then save and save & exit; and select “Accept’ noting that changes have been made.
Click on Attach a file and locate and upload your saved pdf Class List, then save and save & exit; then, select “Accept’ noting that changes have been made. These directions can be found in the Roster Verification Quick Reference and in the TLE Platform-User Guide area.
The steps for printing the Class List from eSchool can be found by watching the training video. You may also go to the Employee, Student Information Page (https://employees.fultonschools.org/oit/studentinfo ) and click on Training Videos. It’s on the 2nd row.
If you have any problems with the TKES platform, please submit a Platform Support Form located on the Employee, GO Talent Management portal page.

HAPPY TESTING!!!!
AP Testing - May 2nd - 13th
We will administer close to 2, 500 AP tests soon! Here is what you need to know:
If you work at AHS:
- There are NO bells at AHS during AP testing.
- Most AP tests are given in the Aux gym, but some are given in the 2200 hallway. When that occurs, we ask student to be silent during class changes when walking through that hallway. There will be signs and a monitor reminding them.
- Students do not have school permission to miss classes outside of testing times.
If you are an AP teacher:
- Remind students to only bring testing materials to their test. No phones, purses, backpacks, testing materials, etc are allowed in the testing room.
- Remind students to arrive on time!
- Please look over the proctor schedule carefully and let Rebecca know if there are any problems. Arrange for a duty day and sub if you are proctoring all day long.
- Mark your calendar for a proctor training session:

Teacher Appreciation Day - May 3rd - free Chick-fil-A
Chick-fil-A is having a market wide Teacher Appreciation Day on Tuesday, May 3rd from 11AM until 8PM. Teachers can come to our store, either inside or at the drive thru and will receive a FREE Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich or 8 count regular nuggets if they show their teacher ID. We have signs posted in our store and it will also be on our social media. In the past they have left it up to each store to promote Teacher Appreciation at their own discretion. Each teacher must come in and present their own ID to receive the free sandwich. We will not be able to accommodate teachers coming in with multiple IDs to pick up sandwiches to take back to school.
