How to Join a Teams Meeting without Teams

Helpful Parent Tips for Conferences
Share! As experts on your child(ren), you should share your valuable insights. Often times, schools don't see the whole picture. We can support your child better if we know more information. Give some examples of what has worked at home or in the past. This will give teachers strategies to try. | Advocate! Reach out early and often if your child(ren) is struggling. In this new world of hybrid learning, students are facing even more challenges than normal. As a partner at home, you can see the other side of things and can help bridge any gaps. Even better yet, help your child advocate for themselves if they are able to! | Collaborate! Consider taking notes and preparing questions for the meeting ahead of time. Think of this conference as an opportunity to make an action plan together. Look for ways to build on what your child(ren) are learning in school. For more specific grade or content area questions, email or conference with specific teachers! |
