**Jaguars Lead the Way** 8/17/20 Vol. 3

Message from the Principal

Hola Jaguar Familias!

We have just successfully completed our 1st week of School! It was great to see all of our students back and inside their Google Classrooms. We have had opportunities to meet our teachers and new staff members during this welcome back week and it has been exciting. Even though we are under different circumstances, our Jaguar community has never been stronger. We have had high attendance and engagement this week which is a direct result of the students and outstanding teaching staff that have been working together as a team. Let’s continue to build off of this momentum as we head into week 2. Please make sure that you continue to log into your classrooms at their designated times and to remain engaged for the duration of the entire period. Every academic minute counts towards your future!

Just a friendly reminder for parents: If your student is going to need a schedule change, the last day to complete this will be Wednesday, Aug. 19th. Please note that we will not be able to drop/add classes after this date.

Please email me if you have any questions or would like to have a meeting online! You can reach me at rpalomo@sjrcla.org
