Peanut-Butter Cheese Cake Cupcakes

Recipe
You will need the following ingredients:
CRUST:
1/2 c graham cracker crums
4 tb sugar
1/2 stick butter
12 bite-size peanut butter cups
FILLING:
2-8 oz bag cream cheese
1 c sugar
1/4 c flour
1 tp vanilla extract
2 eggs
Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Place paper cupcake liner in each cup of a standard muffin pan.
Crust
In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until crumbs are moistened. Press crust into bottom of each muffin cup. Put one peanut butter cup into the center of each crust.

Filling
Beat cream cheese with a hand held electric mixer until fluffy. Add sugar, flour, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Then add the two eggs(ONE AT A TIME) then mix the ingredients together. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the peanut butter cups and graham cracker crusts. Lastly, bake until just set, about 20 minutes. COOL BEFORE SERVING!
Strategy
The strategies I used were dividing the original ingredient by 20 servings to find out how much each person recieved of each ingredient. Next I multiplied the proportion to increase the recipe to 20 servings. Then I worked to solve the proportions and scaled the recipe amount needed for 20 servings.
