What was the change?
The Renaissance was a change in Europe. It was a revival if art and learning from Greece and Rome. It occurred from 1300 to 1600 in Florence, Italy.
Who were the people associated with the change?
Medici Family
The Medici family was a very wealthy family who were patrons of the arts. They helped the rebirth of classical Greece and Rome spread throughout Italy. The Medici family allowed artists to focus on their work without having to worry about money, since they were wealthy.
The Renaissance Men
During the Renaissance, these men were viewed as the ideal man by women. They had a talents, or qualities a man should have, which made them "perfect".

How did the change impact society?
How did the change impact society at the time?
During the Renaissance people got away from the church and started to question the church and the Pope. People began taking up their own views, and opinions on the world. Humanism began to take over. Also, the Renaissance was the first burst of cultures after the "Dark Ages"
How is that change seen in today's modern society?
In modern society, the Renaissance is seen through art. Leonardo da Vinci's paintings are seen in museums. For example, the Mona Lisa, one of his most famous paintings. Another example would be Michelangelo's work on the human body. Also, the church used to rule back then. Today, the church doesn't rule Italy.
