TEST DAY IS Friday November 18th at 7:30am in the high school library.

The test is open to all sophomores, juniors and seniors. Sign-ups are open now.

The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) is a multiple-aptitude test that measures developed abilities and

helps predict future academic and occupational success. Whether pursuing the military or planning on college, this test is provides insight into

your ability.

**The ASVAB can also be used as an artifact in the Alternative Assessment Category for proficiency in the Pennsylvania Keystone Pathways to Graduation Program.

TAKING THIS TEST DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE PURSUING ENLISTMENT IN THE ARMED SERVICES!

If you are interested in learning more about the ASVAB, please take advantage of the opportunity below:

ASVAB Subtests

The ASVAB subtests are designed to measure aptitudes in four domains: Verbal, Math, Science and Technical, and Spatial. The table below describes the content of the ASVAB subtests. The subtests are presented in the order in which they are administered.

* The ASVAB is administered via both paper-and-pencil and computer formats in the Enlistment Testing Program. AI and SI are administered as separate subtests in the computer administration but combined into one single score (labeled AS). AI and SI are combined into one single subtest (AS) in the paper-and-pencil administration. Scores on the combined subtest (AS) are reported for both the computer and paper-and-pencil administration.
