NOVEMBER ELECTION UPDATE
Students, Families and Community are all connected to the two proposals we have on the November 2, 2021 ballot. It is the district's goal to provide comprehensive information on both proposals to all of our voters. This past weekend many of you received a voter letter in the mail informing you of the upcoming election. I would encourage you to go to our district website and click on the "Election Tab" to find a variety of resources. Additionally, you can contact our Superintendent Dr. Robinson or your building principal with questions. Each week we will be sharing some unique resources for your review. Please take a few minutes to review the first of our on demand informational videos. We are also sharing the FAQ on the Non-Homestead proposal
Segment 1 is an Introduction and Overview of the ballot proposals Click the link to view https://vimeo.com/609150479.

6th Grade Counselor
Hello! i am so excited to be part of the Bulldog Community and to be working alongside amazing students, staff and families!
A little bit about me: I have a 3 year old son named Brady and a 1 year old daughter named Kaycee, who both keep me very busy! I also have one big puppy named Lacey, and amazing husband Mitchell :) We live in the country and love doing anything outdoors! You can find me on my four wheeler, chasing my kids around outside, or binging TV shows when my kids go to bed!
This is my 3rd year as a middle school counselor, and prior to middle school I was an elementary school counselor. Each student has a different success story and I love being a part of it.
My role: To support the students socially, emotionally, and academically. I love helping students bring out the best in themselves, helping to resolve friendship conflicts, and supporting students through difficult parts of life. I not only support students, but also their families and teachers. It is true when they say "it take a village" and I am grateful to be a part of many of them. Please reach out anytime.
Mrs. Christina Bazner (Wilk)
7th Grade School Counselor
Thank you for the warm welcome to the Bulldog community!
About me: This is my 2nd year as a middle school counselor, 7th overall. A few fun facts about me: I am newly married (May), my husband and I fostered 6 dogs and helped them find loving homes in 2020, I play soccer and volleyball, I enjoy kayaking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
My role: I'm passionate about empowering students through a positive mindset, self-advocacy, resilience, and success in middle school as well as future endeavors. For the past several weeks, I've been visiting Advisory classes to introduce myself and make connections. I've been sharing the chorus from "I'll Be There For You" as it truly sums up my role as a school counselor!
8th Grade School Counselor

Hello RMS Family! I am excited to welcome in our 21-22 school year with our 8th grade students and families. The theme for this year is growth as we prepare for our final year of middle school and our transition into the 9th grade academy.
A little bit about me: I am celebrating my 22nd year as an educator/counselor for Romeo Community Schools. Life has blessed me with three amazing daughters who are all now on their own paths and becoming independent thoughtful human beings. My husband and I have three pugs who love to cuddle and provide us with lots of laughs. When I am not in school you can usually find me outdoors hiking, biking, kayaking, or just exploring our beautiful state.
My role: I see myself as an advocate for all of our students as they try to find their voice and discover their way in the world. I am a link to building communication skills, to gaining understanding, and to planning for the future.
