NO SCHOOL THIS WEEK

The week of November 22nd - 26th there will be no school in session for the Thanksgiving Break. All staff and students will return back to school on Monday, November 29th. We hope your able to spend time with your family and/or friends.

Thank you for Amazing Parent Conferences

Administration and the teachers would like to thank all of the parents/guardians for participating in Parent Conferences this week. It was great to see you on campus and engaging in discussions around the successes, supports, and plans for your child this school year. Working as a collective team, we will ensure all of our students success for the remainder of the school year. Thank you.

Missing Health History Form or Emergency Card

If you student is missing their health history form or emergency card, a form was sent home with them today for you to complete. Please fill it out and return it to the office as soon as possible. Thank you.


If you would like to complete the form/card electronically, log on to the Parent Portal: https://parents.vistausd.org. Under the Student Info tab, click on Documents. Confirm all documents by clicking on every box (check all boxes in order to print). Click on Print New Emergency Card. Please sign and date. Please send BOTH the Emergency Card (even if there are no changes) and Health History to the office. If you need assistance, please stop by the office between 7:00-11:00 am or 1:00-2:30 pm and we will gladly assist you!

See's Candy Fundraiser

It's that time of year for some sweets! Please read the flyers below regarding the See's Candy Winter Fundraiser that has started November 16th - December 3rd. All orders will he shipped directly to the buyers home. We hope you are able to support this fundraiser as it will assist in upcoming PTA programs throughout the school year.

Breeze Hill Spirit Wear

Are you looking for some new school spirit swag? The wait is over. PTA is collecting orders for the newest shirts and hoodies for Breeze Hill. A sample of the order form and size chart are shown below. You can submit the orders online or with the classroom teacher. Let's show off that Breeze Hill spirit!!

Roosevelt Middle School Winter Festival

Roosevelt Middle School would like to invite you to the First Annual Winter Festival! Please bring the whole family out for a night full of performances, games, food, a giant inflatable slide (a waiver will need to be signed for the inflatables) and obstacle course and a free picture with 'Santa Paws'! This magical event will take place on December 10th at Roosevelt Middle School (850 Sagewood Dr. Oceanside, Ca 92057) from 4-8pm. We hope to see you there!

Health and Safety Updates

COVID-19 Weekly Reporting at Breeze Hill

In order to keep our families informed on COVID-19 cases in our school, we will be utilizing the following procedures:

  • All families will be notified weekly of our COVID-19 cases in this section of the Breeze Hill News. Our newsletter usually goes out every Friday at 5:00 PM.
  • If your student is identified as a "close contact" of a COVID-19 positive person on campus, you will be notified immediately by email, text, and phone, and will be provided directions for quarantine.
  • To view COVID-19 cases for the entire district, visit the District COVID Dashboard.
  • Talk with your child(ren) about the proper use of wearing a mask. The mask, when indoors, needs to cover the nose and go below the chin. Masks are not to worn below the nose when indoors.
  • Students who are not able to abide by the proper wearing of the mask will have to speak to Administration.


COVID-19 Case Count as of the Week of Nov. 15th - Nov. 19th -
This week, there was one COVID positive cases at Breeze Hill but it did not result in student/class quarantines. A reminder for parents, please do not send your children to school while waiting for the results of a COVID test.
