Principal Message

Hello Lyn Knoll Families!

As we enter our final month of the 19-20 school year, I am grateful for how our community has joined together to support our students! Each day we have nearly 85% of our students engaged in online learning. This is because of the dedication of our teachers and families to ensure every Lyn Knoll student has the support needed to be successful during this unprecedented time. Please remember that we hope all students are able to join their teacher each day for their daily connection and complete their daily i-Ready lessons. We are confident that if students complete these remote learning tasks they will be prepared when we return in August.

During the month of May, we will continue to receive up to date information regarding how we will end the year and when students and staff will be allowed to reenter the school to collect their belongings and say their goodbyes. We will also begin to learn and share information regarding next year. We appreciate your patience as the school district continues to work on a plan for safely returning to school.

Finally, we would like to invite our kindergarten and 5th-grade families to our virtual graduations on May 21st! Kindergarten will be 2:00-2:45 and 5th Grade will be 11:00-11:45. Congratulations to our graduates and we look forward to celebrating them during this time!

On behalf of the faculty and staff of Lyn Knoll Elementary, we thank you for letting us serve you and your family each day. We hope you have a great summer and we look forward to seeing everyone again in August!
