Hello Carus Community,
Mid-May is upon us and it's probably finally time for us to think about "finishing strong". We've got several weeks of school left, the weather is warming, and we're into our spring events. Thank you for encouraging your child to do their best in state testing and we hope to see you at our upcoming carnival.

Please continue to do your best to make sure your students get good sleep, eat a good breakfast, and arrive at school on time and testing ready.

Counseling Department
May is Mental Health Awareness Month. It is the ideal time to open up the conversation, reach out, and spread awareness about mental health and what we can do about it. By doing so, we can decrease stigma around mental illness, educate people about symptoms, and encourage seeking help. If we work together to promote a culture of caring and connectedness in our schools and communities, we can get support for ourselves and others who need help to increase mental wellbeing.
Please take a moment to check out this blog post from Stop It Solutions to learn more information and see a great list of resources and information about mental health.
