POLITICAL SIGNS IN YARDS
We also want to remind residents that business signs are not allowed to be displayed in your yards.
UPDATE ON FRONT ENTRANCE REFRESH
The first week’s work on our front entrance project was very dramatic as our vendor, Great Estates, spread herbicide on the grass and removed plants from the center island. During the second week there was little obvious progress. The time was used to assess the irrigation and electrical systems, obtain and approve quotes for the additional work, line up vendors, order plants and allow the herbicide time to do its work. In addition, Great Escapes was required to complete the much-delayed Courthouse Square renovation.
On Monday the work will begin again, the electric and irrigation systems will be repaired and re-configured bringing electricity and water to the center island, new lighting, sod and plants will be installed.
We expect the project to go on for another ten days. Please be mindful of the safety of the workers by being cautious as you drive by the site or by using the other two entrances to the subdivision. If you have any questions about this project please reply to this email, post a comment on Facebook or contact any of the Board of Directors.

HOST YOUR EVENT AT THE CP CLUBHOUSE
If you have an upcoming event such as a birthday, anniversary, or other special family event and you don't want to host it at your home, then residents should consider renting our clubhouse instead. The rate is $75 during the Pool Season and $50 during non-Pool Season.
Contact Kaye Plitt for all details and a list of your responsibilities if you rent the clubhouse. Kay can be reached at 404-606-8062 or firstname.lastname@example.org
